How do you pronounce 'slalom'?
It is pronounced the way it's written, basically sla lom.
The "sla" sound is close to the "sla" in slander, but not as hard, more like an "aa" sound.
The "lo" sound is close to the "lo" in lobby. And then you just go "m". :-)
It's based on the Norwegian word slalåm, a language of which I am a native speaker.
