If you go to Central Park at 5 AM you'll see bikers, runners and even inline skaters. It feels great to have company especially so early in the morning. Almost every weekend there is some kind of race.

Reply:I'm an inline skater %26amp; a biker who lives in Honolulu, HI. As beautiful as the city is, it is not a very sport-friendly place unless you go to a large beach park, such as Ala Moana beach park and the Waterfront park. But I have been to wonderful places such as Central Park which is terrific, as well as Huntington Beach (well, the whole PCH), Philadelphia, San Francisco, %26amp; Washington D.C. I've heard only good things about some great trails in FLA too. Check out Zephyr Adventure tours, they know where the great spots to skate %26amp; bike are!
