Can someone design a workout plan for me?

i need to lose 15 kgs, and i'm on a one month break now.. so i thot it would be a good time to start working out..





but what can i do, i'm really not much good at working out a good workout plan for me. (besides inline skating, but even that can get rather dull to inline skate alone everyday, none of my friends can skate)





can someone help me design a good workout plan? i have a gym downstairs, but i really dont know what to do besides cycle, and cycle for 1 hour? which is the best?

Tuesday:

do sit ups


jog (20 mins and more)


and strech again





Wensday:


Strech


30 min walk


strech





Thursday:


Strech


jog (20 mins and more)


strech again





Friday:

1h bike


strech again





Saturday:

30 min walk


strech again





Sunday:


Strech


job (20 mins and more)

do all of this and when ever you can go skating, move as much as you can, dont eat junk food and drink alot of water.

Reply:how about appointing a trainer who can help u at your gym....hmmm or if u ready to budge out of the house join a fitness center.I guess they will do a good job.
