which bearings are better? ABEC 5 OR ABEC 7?

Reply:abec 5 or 7's are both good bearings, it's hard to tell what you can get from an abec rating, stay away from the c-clamp style bearings, they're the ones with the cut notches in the side of the retaining ring on the bearings, these are cheaper chinese made that alow the oils to get out and dirt to get in, nobody wants that in a bearing. when I did aggressive inline I used bones reds or lucky titatinums they both worked great after break in which can take some time, get a bottle of bearing lube and they'll stay even nicer for longer.
